La Quinta Inn By Wyndham Omaha West

Polite staff, excellent services, and favourable location really close to restaurants, Pioneer Courage Park and Old Market shopping district and a La Quinta Inn or a Comfort Inn and Suites.

I stayed at La Quinta in Omaha for a night and found some positives, but plenty of issues too. The room itself was spacious, which I appreciated. Finding a comfortable chair beyond the desk chair was tough, though. A couple of outlets were already occupied, and I had to unplug something to charge my laptop. The shower had decent water pressure, but the bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. There were evident signs of neglect like grime in the corners. I expected better from a well-known chain. The staff I interacted with seemed overwhelmed. Breakfast was a letdown. They offered a paper bag with mini muffins and some drinks. It didn't match what was advertised online, disappointing. I also noticed noise disturbances from outside late at night. For the price, I expected more comfort and cleanliness. So, while I liked the room size and location, the lack of attention to detail and amenities was frustrating.

Would stay here again, I loved this place. It's a clean and quirky hotel with impressive rooms and helpful staff. The location is marvellous, 2 miles from Lee Valley Park. The venue is 10 minutes' walk from the bus stop.

The parking was super convenient, and I really appreciated the fact it was close to gas stations. Plus, the place was affordable.

Free parking and cute pets, but room cleanliness left a lot to be desired.

The room offered a decent night’s sleep and the staff was quite friendly, which was a plus. Cleanliness was lacking, and there were a few maintenance issues like a noisy neighbor. It’s a basic stay, but more attention to upkeep would help.
